The M-1 pro+ metallographic sample preparator is a single-disc benchtop model characterized by smooth rotation, high safety and reliability, compact construction, and low noise. Equipped with a water-cooling system, it enables cooling of the specimen during grinding to prevent overheating and subsequent degradation of the metallographic structure. This machine is suitable for rough grinding, semi-finish grinding, and finish grinding of metallographic specimens, preparing them for subsequent polishing and microstructural analysis. It is an ideal sample-preparation instrument for laboratories in industrial enterprises, research institutions, and higher education institutions.

This product features an “automatic pressure measurement” function (developed in-house by Laizhou Weiyi): while the operator manually grinds the sample, the device displays the applied pressure in real time, helping the operator achieve high-quality sample preparation.
