I. Overview
This metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine is a dual-disc benchtop model, featuring freely selectable rotation directions for the grinding and polishing discs as well as quick-change disc-swapping capability. Equipped with an advanced microprocessor control system, the machine allows two operators to perform grinding and polishing simultaneously, thereby enhancing its versatility. It boasts smooth operation, high safety and reliability, a compact design, and low noise levels; additionally, it is fitted with a water-cooling system that cools the specimen during grinding, preventing overheating-induced damage to the metallographic structure. As such, it is an ideal sample-preparation instrument for industrial enterprises, research institutions, and laboratory settings in colleges and universities.
